Advocates for Homeless Families and Beyond Shelter Frederick, in collaboration with the Frederick
Police Department, will hold the “Chief Lando Homelessness All-Nighter” to raise awareness of
homelessness in Frederick County.

The event will be held on Friday evening, October 10 beginning at 8 pm near the trellis along Carroll
Creek Linear Park. Chief Lando will stay up all night until 8 am the following day to simulate the
terrible conditions encountered by many homeless people.
